Return & Cancellation Policy:

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all originally attached tags, packaging, and seals fully intact. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart and product descriptions before placing an order. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

If by any chance you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately before the item is worn, washed, or altered in any way. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and digital products. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
